“Old Yerevan: a view from the future”:photo-exhibition at the metro stations
On Yerevan’s birthday the residents and the guests of the capital can recollect the past of Yerevan through the archive photos at the “Republic square” and “Yeritasardakan” metro stations of the Yerevan Metro after Karen Demirchyan.
The photos of the capital taken from the end of the 19th century up to the first half of the 20th century reflecting the city life and atmosphere of that period are exhibited in the exhibition called “Old Yerevan” a view from the future”. The documental materials have been brought from the archives of the Yerevan History Museum.
