“Yerevan: a glance from the XXI century”

On September 21, at 15.00 the ceremony of opening the photo exhibition “Yerevan: a glance from the XXI century” will take place within the frames of “European heritage” days at “Republic square” metro station in Yerevan. The exhibition  is held due to cooperation of the RA Ministry of Culture and the Yerevan History Museum.

 The photos will be exhibited at “Barekamutyun”, “Yeritasardakan”, Republic square”, “Zoravar Andranik”, “Garegin Nzhdeh square” metro stations till October 21.

The exhibition represents Yerevan in the late 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. A special place is occupied by the photos of Tamanyan’s Yerevan. Several streets, buildings of public, administrative and personal significance which express the features of Yerevan of that period are represented in the exhibition.
